Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift cards are non refundable

Order cancellation 

If your order has not yet been sent out you may cancel it and receive a refund, however if the order is already in transit then unfortunately it is non refundable.
